Nightly Commercial Cleaning for Eagan Facilities

A Specific Example
A four-floor, 40,000 sq ft class-B office building in Eagandale — multi-tenant with technology, financial services and healthcare-adjacent tenants. Nightly cleaning covers all common corridors, four sets of restrooms (two per floor on floors 2–4, one full bank on floor 1), elevator cabs, stairwells and the main lobby. Individual tenant suites are under separate keyed-access agreements with nightly cleaning included in tenant leases.
Eagan's Eagandale district has a number of buildings with loading docks adjacent to office space, which creates unusual tracked-material patterns. We adjust entry-area maintenance frequency and material in the scope to account for this rather than treating it as a standard suburban office building.
