Every quote request goes through the same intake sequence — not a dispatch queue. Here is what to expect:

The form captures your facility details. We review them the same business day the request arrives.

Next-business-day callback
We call or email you by the next business day to confirm details and schedule a walkthrough if needed. We do not answer after 5:00 pm; if you submit after hours, expect contact the following morning.

Written proposal with scope of work
You receive a written quote that lists every task, every frequency and a fixed price. No verbal agreements, no estimate ranges that change after the first invoice.
What to Have Ready
- Approximate square footage of the areas to be cleaned
- Type of space: office, industrial, medical, retail, mixed-use
- Desired cleaning frequency: nightly, 3x per week, weekly
- Access requirements: after hours, key fob, alarm codes (discussed by phone, not via form)
- Any specific surface types: VCT, polished concrete, stone, carpet
